This product is okay. There was a stain on the draw, the paint was peeling and when the product was mounted all the draws are hard to push in.

this product came to us within good time,it had no marks or missing parts...the only thing that was wrong with it was the the bottom of some drawers were warped,nothing that a little wood glue couldn't fix. over all i gave it 4 stars. is nice for a baby rooms (JUST WHAT I AM USING IT FOR)

I was so excited when I received this dresser; however, I did not know what I was in for. Everything was going fine until we stood the dresser in its upright position just as the instructions had said. That is when the dresser completely collapsed, damaged the delicate particle board, and ripped out the predrilled inserts. Wood glue would have been nice if that would have even helped, because the wooden dowels made to go into the side panels were very short therefore leaving me to believe if this dresser would stay together. Who knows? This product is not made very good at all. Also, when trying to put pieces together you can tell the manufacturer did not do a good job making this product a very good quality, because some predrilled holes were poorly drilled therefore damaging the wood (particle board) around the holes. The same day I had put together a changing table that was made out of solid wood and was very pleased with it. What a difference in quality!! I am waiting for my refund and plan on buying a dresser that is already put together.

I read the reviews and thought it can't be that bad. Oh but it can! The box came in looking like it had been thru a war and was beyond filthy. It also appeared to have been returned before. The wood on it is so damaged it is just crap. I counted 32 pieces to put together. Don't know yet if I have it all I'm just so mad they actually shipped out something so damaged. I am going to attempt to put this mess together and see if LaJobi will replace the damaged pieces. Incidentally I bought the Carters changing table instead of the Graco because I liked it better because it had a drawer. Guess what. No damage no problems with it. I had bought the Graco Victoria crib and it was damaged. Lesson to be learned here is DON"T BUY GRACO CRIB OR DRESSER! Go with Carters less hassle and better quality. I'll let you know how I come out trying to get the damaged pieces replaced and how the assembly goes. I would just return it but I've already carried it up a flight of stairs and and I've got it spread out everywhere so I'm going to see what I can do. But if I had to do it over I would have bought a Carters.

I ordered this to replace a smaller white dresser in my 4-year-old daughter's room. Due to the price, EVEN after reading the reviews, I took a chance...well I crapped out! The first few pieces I pulled out were baldy damaged and the paint was chipped and peeling...when I moved the box from my foyer...there was a trail of paint chips that was coming from the box. I began to pull out more pieces and I noticed that about 70% of the pieces were badly damaged. Then I began to look at its' construction, and noticed that the cam locks were TOO small for the pre-drilled holes...a BAD jigsaw puzzle.
In the end it will be returned and the search for the perfect white dresser is back on!
